The BADE Project, aimed at developing technologies for the detection and identification of Biological Warfare Agents (BWA), was signed between the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Secretariat of Defense Industries and Nanobiz Technology Inc. on October 3, 2024.

On November 6, 2024, a project kick-off meeting was held at the premises of the main contractor Nanobiz Technology Inc., located in METU Technopolis, with the participation of personnel from the SDI R&D and Technology Management Department, administrative and technical team members of the main contractor, and faculty members from METU, Gazi University, Ankara University, and Medipol University.
